SOME INTERESTING POINTS FROM ‘MANTRESWARA’S PHALA DEEPIKA’:: Issues related to children:: 1. Sloka 5 Adyaya 12: ‘MANDAM SUTHARSHAM…..’: “When the inaspecious planet occupies the Lagna: the Lord of the Lagna is in the 5th house; Lord of the 5th house is parked in the 3rd house; the Moon were to occupy the 4th houe; then the native will be devoid of children. 2. Same Sloka as above: If the Moon occupies an odd sign or an odd Navansha identical with 5th house and is aspected by the Sun, the native is either worried by his children or he is without them. 3. Sloka 4 Ady 12 :: ‘PAPPE LAGNE….’: The following four Yogas cause extinction of the family : (a)the 4th, the 7th and the 10th houses in a birth chart being occupied respectively by a malefic planet, Venus and the Moon; (b) the 12th, the 8th, the 5th, and Lagna being occupied by inauspicious planets : (c) Venus and Mercury in 7th House, Jupiter in the 5th and malefic in 4th houses; and (d) the Moon in the 5th and malefic in the 8th, 12th and in lagna.
