‎7th house for Kidney or Uterus?:

7th house governs Genital Organs and Urinary tract. Uterus and Kidney are directly connected with Urinary tract. Kidney's function is filtration (of blood and to remove waste with the help of Urine) while Uterus is a "Reproductive organ" which hold and provide nourishment to womb, so both have different functions. Reproduction is governed by Jupiter while Genital organ governed by Venus. Here is important to note that though we have attributed "Reproduction" to Jupiter and "Genital Organs" to Venus but these also need the help and association of other Planets also. Moon is karka of water which removes the filtered residue from Kidney, this same Moon, in female, with Mars governs the periods (MC) in female.

Next are the factors which causes disturbance in above organ’s functioning.

For Kidney related disease Saturn’s bad influence on Venus and Moon is main factor. Here 7th house, 7th lord’s conditions are important to check.

Reproductive organ’s malfunctioning is because of weak /afflicted Jupiter, especially by Rahu or combustion by Sun. Here 5th house & 5th lord’s conditions are key factor for progeny. Without knowing 5th house and its lord conditions one cannot analyze Progeny.

Along with above analyses we cannot miss 6th house. Whenever a bhava lord makes connection with 6th house or its lord, the concerned organs become primary suspect for disease.

If Sun Mars & Mercury are in 7th house and aspected by Sat ...Cancer Is also a strong possibility in parts governed.its an ever expanding research & study that should cöntinue...:)( Whereas for Cancer generally we read it if Lord of 6th house is in 8th house ...

Sri Chandrashekhar Sharma : If I remember my astrology, is it not the 8th bhava that is said to represent the "Guhya" that is the reproductive organs, anuus and so on?

Jitendra Kumar : Kidney, Prostate Gland, Uterus, Fallopean Tubes, Anus and Testicles -all organs are generally chekced from 7th house as all these are interconnected with each other and each one is dependent of other for their proper functionality. Reproductive organs are testicles, fallopean tubes and uterus, while Kidney, Anus & Prostate gland are not reproductive organs. Genital Organs and Anus are different organs. Anus and Testicles are categorizrd under 8th house while Genital Organs are categorised under 7th house. If we look on testicles (in pair form), these organs are basically outside the main body (though attached) of the male, reason for this is to keep sperm at low temperatue (!). It will be intersting & importent to look on testicles (because of their placement outside the main body) for Astrological study. Senior Astros are requested to guide us more these points... Chandra Shekhar Sharma : If I remember astrology and body parts of Kalapurusha correctly. 7 th bhava is referred to as "Basti" and Anus and reproductive external organs are not located in that region. Basti is the upper portion of a straight line that is drawn from navel to base of male organ and divided in two parts.
