FUNCTIONS OF MAGNESIUM - It regulates heart beat. Regulates acid - alkaline
metabolism. It regulates the functions of the Central nervous system. Regulates
functioning of endocrine glands , especially Para Thyroid and Adrenal Glands. It acts as
a catalyst in the utilization of carbohydrates, lipids, and protiens. It acts as a
messenger for carrying messages from the brain to muscles and muscles to the brain.
LACK OF MAGNESIUM WILL CAUSE SKIPPING OF HEART BEATS ULTIMATELY CAUSING
