Childlessness by Sri Ananthanarayana Venkatachala Pathi

CHILDLESS:: Barren (Sterile) signs: 1 (Mesha), 3 (Mithun), 5 (Simha) and 6 (Thula) of Zodiac Signs; The following conditions are to be studied in Male and (to be matched) Female charts:- If (in spite of modern attitudes and methods) they wish to have child, under following conditions in birth chart, a native is likely to be childless: 1. If the fifth or eleventh house be tenant the barren signs; 2. If the owner of either of these houses is not in a fruitful (2,4,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Zodiac) ; 3 The Moon is not located in a fruitful sign; 4. The Lagna is not planted in a fruitful sign; 5. Jupiter, the Karaka for children is afflicted by malefic planets or by a powerful Maraka for the Lagna; 6. The fifth house or its owner is weak and badly afflicted; 7. The owner of fifth house from Lagna parked in 6th,8th, or 12th house from Lgna and in an inimical sign, there will be difficulty in having children; 8.
