Outer planets as mentioned in Kapila Nadi : taken from Fb pg of Sapt Rishi.

Mention of Outer Planets in ‘Kapila Nadi’
Ref: Jan 2005 Astrological Magazine
Article: Pg 32 Relative Importance of Lagna and Chandra Lagna by R. Lakshmanan
Yesteryear readers of the AM are aware of this living stalwart R. Lakshmanan who has been contributing articles from 1941 if I remember well (Self Note: Pls verify exact year from his book preface by Raman)
Now in this 2005 issue let me copy a part of his article where a matter of fact reference is made to Outer Planets. Pls find below word to word from his article :-
“The aphorism is: Lagnam Kotigunam Bhaveth meaning, the Lagna or the Ascendant is all important, as having a crore (million) of qualities - good or evil as the case may be. The Moon is ONLY one of the nine planets including the Nodes, Rahu and Ketu and not taking account, the planets Neptune, Uranus & Pluto, the recently discovered planets.
Pausing here for a moment, I should like to state that an ancient cadjan-leaf Nadi of Sage Kapilar predicted for a native who was a good tennis player and a judge of the Madras High Court for 17 yrs, a High Court judgeship, as a good figure in his plam was on the Neptune Mount. The same Nadi gave grand and glorious prosperity & success to the native, whose horoscope was otherwise poor, due to Neptune well placed in exaltation. Later, the native did become very prosperous with five or six bungalows, five or six cars, and a good bank balance. This edition curiously gave only a horoscope with the seven planets and Rahu and Ketu, but sometimes said Uranus marred the Yoga and sometimes that Neptunes (Varuna) aspect was far more auspicious than even Jupiters.”
SA: Taking back up of machine so found this in my notes that i had made. I might not be able to respond to most replies pls bear. the reason i am posting it here since otherwise i will forget it and i had lost this file long back.

Astrology & Mental Maladies presented by Mr Naveen Mudgal Fb pg ICAS NC

Human mind is indeed a wonder. Man is ever in mental conflict and is curious and inquisitive to know how sorrows and joys spring from mind” observed an erudite scholar of astrology. Philosophically Chandra (the Moon) represents the mind and the mind is the connecting link between body and soul or matter and soul. Like the two fortnights of the Moon, bright and dark, human mind has also two phases – one of joy and other of sorrow.
To study mental make-up one has to look at Lagna, the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th, the 6th, the 9th and the 12th houses of the chart. Planets controlling reason and emotion are Mercury and Moon respectively. Mental ailments of any nature refer to the ruler of the 3rd house of the natal zodiac and to the planets therein, to the planets in common signs and cadent houses and to the Moon and Mercury. Mithuna (Gemini) being an intellectual sign and Katrka (Cancer) being an emotional sign, have important roles in causing mental afflictions. Mercury governs intellect and the Moon controls the brain and mind. Central nervous system is controlled both by the Moon and Mercury whereas other planets have influence over peripheral nervous system of the body. The 6th house of a chart relates to the sub-conscious, the 9th to the super-conscious and the 12th to unconscious states of mind. Hence these houses come into the picture while discussing diseases pertaining to mind.

Afflictions to the houses mentioned above go a long way to manifest mental maladies. When any such disease is manifest, it not only impairs the mental set-up but spreads throughout the system and thereby may bring about a total collapse of the physical, mental nervous systems, and the man becomes a lunatic.
The human body is composed of five elements namely, earth (Kshiti), water (apas), fire (tejas), air (marut) and ether (vyoma). When vyomtatva (ether) is deranged the man eventually behaves erratically. Any imbalance or derangement in any of the tatvas causes physical ailment.

Generally, everybody at times becomes an easy prey to mental imbalances. Man behaves differently at different hours of the day. His mental condition is ever dynamic and so upsets in inner mental region are not uncommon. The thinking mind misbehaves due to affliction of the Moon or Mercury in transit.
There are various mental illnesses, a few of which may be stated as moodiness, melancholia, hysteria, mania, phobia, schizophrenia, dementia, dullness, lunacy, obsession, fixity, insanity, perversion, paranoia, fits, swoons, epilepsy, morbidity, loss of consciousness, suicidal tendencies and so on.
In the succeeding paragraphs, I will try to locate the planetary combinations with the resulting afflictions which ascribe to the cause of the diseases and conditions of the patients.

Matibhramana Yogas as enumerated in Dr B V Raman’s Three Hundred Important Combinations may be cited for ready reference:

      (1) Conjunction of Mercury and Gulika especially in the 6th,
      (2) the Moon in conjunction with Ketu and Saturn,
      (3) Saturn and Mars in an angle but causing Papadhi Yoga from Moon or from Mercury,
      (4) Saturn and Rahu conjunction especially in the first degree of Virgo, Lagna being either Pisces or Virgo, and

     (5) Mars powerfully aspecting or in conjunction with Mercury in the 6th or the 8th.
Jataka Parijata states, malefics in the 4th or the 5th (in malefic Shashtiamsa) and not aspected by benefics create mental disease. Rekha Yogas of different nature as per Jataka Parijata are as follows :
     (1) Benefic planets in dusthanas (the 6th, the 8th, the 12th), malefics in angles and trines and the 11th lord powerless,
     (2) the ascendant lord with malefics – Jupiter and Venus being invisible and the 4th lord associated with malefic planets,
      (3) conjunction of the 5th and the 8th lord in the 5th and the ascendant lord debilitated or combust or eclipsed,
      (4) ascendant lord powerless and aspected by the 8th lord and Jupiter, Pragnakaraka, being combust, and

      (5) the 9th lord eclipsed and the lords of the 1st and 2nd powerless.
From an authoritative source a few combinations for mental derangement are enumerated as follows :
      (a) If the Sun and the Moon are jointly posited in Lagna, the 5th or the 9th and Saturn with Jupiter in a kendra, Yoga for lunacy is created.

      (b) If birth is on Saturday or Tuesday and Mercury along with the Moon is situated in a kendra and if these two planets fall in Navamsa of evil planets the native becomes insane.
      (c) If the Moon is associated with evil planets or is associated with Rahu and placed in the 12th, the benefics being posited in the 8th the native tends to be erratic in behaviour and his nature becomes quarrelsome.

      (d) If birth is on Saturday or Tuesday, Jupiter occupies the 3rd house, the Sun and the Moon are jointly placed in the 1st, the 5th, or the 9th, undoubtedly the native turns mad.
      (e) If Jupiter is in Lagna aspected by Mars from the 7th, there is every chance of the native becoming insane, and
      (f) if Mercury is posited in the 6th influenced by Saturn from any house, possibility of lunacy cannot be ruled out.
In regard to the yoga for lunacy we notice in Hora Shataka, Slokas 73 and 74 that the ascendant, the 4th house and the Moon relate to the feelings and emotions of man and the 5th house and Mercury stand for the quality of logical and rational thinking.
In the 4th house the Moon is powerful and he is karaka for the house and is the 4th lord of the natural zodiac. Hence if the Moon becomes the 4th lord (in case of Aries ascendant) and if he is under the exclusive influence of Rahu the person suffers from fits, swoons and morbidity, and if the Moon goes to the 8th being influenced by Rahu either by association or by aspect, the person suffers from epilepsy.

In Jataka Tatva, by Mahadeva a few rules have been enumerated for deciphering yogas for lunacy:
      (i) If Jupiter is posited in Lagna and Mars is in the 7th the person will be a mad man, i.e. a man who is always crazy after something. He goes to the extreme in all respects.
(ii) If Saturn occupies Lagna and Mars occupies the 6th, the 8th or the 12th from Lagna, the person concerned will be mad and his nature will be violent.
(iii) Saturn in Lagna, the Sun in the 12th, the Moon and Mars in trine make the person concerned lose all his senses.
(iv) The 3rd lord ill-placed, eclipsed, depressed or in the 6th aspected by a malefic will cause madness through poison.
      (v) The powerless Moon when combined with Saturn, placed in the 12th house, makes the native mad (this rule has been explained earlier).

(vi) If the 2nd lord with Saturn associates with any malefic in any house, madness will be caused through vayu or wind. Vayu, pitta and kapha are the three humors in human body. The derangement of any of them causes ailment (This has been adumbrated earlier).
(vii) The 2nd lord with Saturn being associated with the Sun bring lunacy through bilious disorder, and
(viii) If Mercury aspects Lagna where the Moon and Saturn are posited, the mind of the native will be much perturbed.
In summing up, I have come to the conclusion that Lagna, Lagna lord, the 4th, the 5th, lords of these two houses, affliction of the Moon and Mercury are generally responsible in bringing about diseases of the Mind. Severity of the disease depends upon the gravity of malefic influences. Yet a proper interpretation and a judicious probe into the various dicta and rules detailed under different categories in the preceding paragraphs, will reveal many a fact relating to the causation of mental maladies and as such sufficient care should be taken in applying the rules.

First powerless Lagna lord is enough to render the mental region shaky and brain power weak. If the chart in any way is powerful, the Yoga for mental aberrations becomes less effective; but along with this combination if other factors come to operate, the native is very likely to suffer from mental disequilibrium.
The Saturn-Moon combination is dreaded much as Saturn is a planet who coils within himself and the Moon finds joy in revelation. Here the combination creates a tug of war between inner thoughts and outer actions. This particular combination in certain houses is no doubt harmful for achievement of material pleasures. Particularly, when the Saturn-Moon combination occurs in Pisces and Lagna becomes Virgo – the man anticipates diseases at all times and is never happy. This is a case of phobia. But in earthly and fiery signs the Saturn-Moon combination bestows prosperity in many cases. The Saturn-Moon combination in Sagittarius for Sri Aurobindo, in Virgo for Swami Vivekananda and the same combination in Taurus in the horoscope of the revered Editor have elevated the native to the great height of name, fame and wisdom. Mechanical application of these rules verbatim will lead the astrologer to labyrinths of errors and confusions. Hence the study of the total horoscopic pattern is of vital necessity.

A divine subject like astrology does not operate within the frameworks of hard and fast rules and axioms only. The wisdom of the Rishis sprang forth from the lone hermitages when there were no modern facilities of press and publication. The truth was revealed from divination and intuition and it was bequeathed to their able disciples to foster it through ages and to leave an undying legacy to posterity.

Speed of the light in Rig-Veda : presented by Rahul Gupta Kanpur.

Speed of the light in Rig-Veda :

The first quantitative estimate of the speed of light is seen in Indian vedic scholar Sayana's commentary on the Rig Veda. It says that sun light travels 2,202 yojanas in the time span of a nimisharda (half a nimisha). The yojana is an ancient unit of length. Arthasastra defines it as being equal to 8,000 dhanus, which is equivalent to 9.09 miles. A nimisha is an ancient unit of time that is equal to 16/75 seconds. Thus 2,202 yojanas in half a nimisha is equal to 189,547 miles per second after conversion. The modern estimate of the speed of light is 186,281.7 miles per second.
This velocity of Light was calculated by Maxwell in the 19th century, but its was actually determined accurately thousands of years before in the Rig Veda. It was further elaborated by Sayana in the 14th century AD in his commentaries on Rig Veda. Indian Almanacs have always calculated accurately the motion of planets, sunset, sunrise, eclipses, etc. without using telescopes or any other machinery.
It is to be noted that Bhatta Bhaskara (probably from the 10th century) made the same statement in his commentary on Taittiriya Brahmana, another Hindu Veda. He says this to be an old tradition.
The fourth verse of the Rigvedic hymn 1:50 (50th hymn in book 1 of rigveda) is as follows:
तरणिर्विश्वदर्शतो जयोतिष्क्र्दसि सूर्य |
विश्वमा भासिरोचनम |
This means “Swift and all beautiful art thou, O Surya (Sun), maker of the light, illuminating all the radiant realm.”
Exlpaining this verse in his Rig Veda commentary, Sayana, who was a minister in the court of Bukka of the great Vijayanagar Empire of Karnataka in South India (in early 14th century), says:
This means “It is remembered here that Sun (light) traverses 2,202 yojanas in half a nimisha.”
Note: Nimisharda = half of a nimisha
In the vedas Yojana is a unit of distance and Nimisha is a unit of time.
Unit of Vedic Time: Nimisha
The Moksha Dharma Parva of Shanti Parva in Mahabharata describes Nimisha as follows:
15 Nimisha = 1 Kastha
30 Kashta = 1 Kala
30.3 Kala = 1 Muhurta
30 Muhurtas = 1 Diva-Ratri (Day-Night)
We know Day-Night is 24 hours
So we get 24 hours = 30 x 30.3 x 30 x 15 nimisha
in other words 409050 nimisha
We know 1 hour = 60 x 60 = 3600 seconds
So 24 hours = 24 x 3600 seconds = 409,050 nimisha
409,050 nimisha = 86,400 seconds
1 nimisha = 0.2112 seconds (This is a recursive decimal. The wink of an eye is equal to 0.2112 seconds.)
1/2 nimisha = 0.1056 seconds
Unit of Vedic Distance: Yojana
Yojana is defined in Chapter 6 of Book 1 of the ancient vedic text "Vishnu Purana" as follows:
10 ParamAnus = 1 Parasúkshma
10 Parasúkshmas = 1 Trasarenu
10 Trasarenus = 1 Mahírajas (particle of dust)
10 Mahírajas= 1 Bálágra (hair’s point)
10 Bálágra = 1 Likhsha
10 Likhsha= 1 Yuka
10 Yukas = 1 Yavodara (heart of barley)
10 Yavodaras = 1 Yava (barley grain of middle size)
10 Yava = 1 Angula (1.89 cm or approx 3/4 inch)
6 fingers = 1 Pada (the breadth of it)
2 Padas = 1 Vitasti (span)
2 Vitasti = 1 Hasta (cubit)
4 Hastas = a Dhanu, a Danda, or pauruSa (a man’s height), or 2 Nárikás = 6 feet
2,000 Dhanus = 1 Gavyuti (distance to which a cow’s call or lowing can be heard) = 12,000 feet
4 Gavyutis = 1 Yojana = 9.09 miles
Calculation of the Speed of Light from the Rig Veda:
So now we can calculate what is the value of the speed of light in modern units based on the value given as 2202 yojanas in 1/2 nimisha
= 2,202 x 9.09 miles per 0.1056 seconds
= 20,016.18 miles per 0.1056 seconds
= 189,547 miles per second
As per the Rig Veda the speed of light is 189,547 miles per second.
As per modern science the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second.

Saturn Retrogression & The Bepin Bihari Method Posted by Sapt Rishi.

Saturn Retrogression  & The Bepin Bihari Method  Posted by Sapt Rishi.

This was in 1977 Suryaprakash issue or 1979, i vaguely remember it but what i do remember is Patel Saheb had that issue which was on retrogression and he had asked me to read it several times. So i used to read it at his house. I vaguely remember the technique now since its more than 7 -8 years that i read it
Technique
a) Note Saturn if it is retrograde in its chart
b) Saturn has regular 3, 7, 10 aspect that is straight aspect, that means if saturn is in 1H, it will aspect 3rd house, 7th house and 10th house
c) But if this Saturn is retrograde in chart then it will have reverse aspect of 3,7,10, that means for eg if Saturn is in 1H, then its 3rd aspect will be on 11th house, 7th aspect obviously on 7th house and 10th aspect on 4th house.
See Vandana Gupta if u can test this, i have done my testing and it works. There used to be one astrologer from Gujarat who got settled in USA, he was very young and we used to interact via emails during the yahoogroup days of PVRs vedic astrology group, he had learnt some rare methods of Bhrighu Astrology from his uncle and this was one of the methods he told me when i shared my own observation of it. Later i came to know that Bepin Bihari ji had also written on it when i read it in the magazine given by Patel Saheb.
If readers can test it and post the charts with observations many would learn, otherwise one can choose to only reply that it works or does not work, but in that reply the younger ones do not learn and we must remember that once even we were young in astrology.
This is a subtle method and not easy to decipher unless one has long years of observation or has been classically trained by a Guru on how to observe.

Comments :  Karthi Karthi : "Myths and Symbols in Vedic Astrology".  The book is exceptional, from my point of view.
I observed practically, in daily life, that a retrograde exalted planet indicates a huge energy of the native which he/she is unable to manage and that area of life is under expectations; maybe due to some mistakes in his/her previous life/lives; while a retrograde delbilitated plent indicates an area of life where we have to do efforts for solving, gaining or achieving some/few results; in that area of life we can suffer or we can have a challenge.  I observed and I put questions and now the rule mentioned above gave me the answer.
Vijai Goel  : This rule can be applied to other exterior planet Jupiter and Mars also. Try and test it.
Sapt Rishi : The point is one Bhrighu Samhita was released in 1952 or 1955 from Meerut i think so ( Shankar Nath Kapoor ji must correct me here  the dates if he has read that work), it was by Bhagwan Das Mittal, The uniqueness of that book was for eg lagna as per Bhrighu Rishi, what would be the result of each planet in different houses.
Av Sundram ji : If i may add something.. in NADIs for Retro. planets , they are placed in the previous house and prediction is given. for its said Retro planets have some left over from past life. the previous hose is past life planets and 9 house is the past life for houses.  This placement is in addition its natal position for prediction.

Shankar Nath Kapoor  ji :   May I draw atttention of learned friends towards an additonal approach about transit of saturn and jupiter. accordinng to Pt. RamYatna Ojha in his Book Phalit Vikas has indicated Transit of Saturn in Trikona from a house leads Bhav phala nash of that Bhav.As against it transit of Jupiter in trine from any "BHAVESH", Bhava owned by the said bhavesh Suffers loss of shubha phala of its bhava.  Pt RamYatna Ojha, also clarfies that transit of Saturn in trines from lagna and Moon; and transit of Jupiter in trines from Lagnesh and Chandra rashis causes ailments, sorrow and death.  I have recently read that if retrograde planet is slowing its retrograde motion, it looses its strength- paticularly if it is "stambhit" in its motion before becoming Margi.I tried to get the A.M which I was reading a few days back, but ,i could not trace and lay my hanon it. I am yet to test rhe rule.I felt that all related questions should be seen together , to have a holistic approach as much as it is possible.

Retrograde Mercury : By Sri Rajiv Bhatnager N. Delhi

My good friend Sri Rajiv Bhatnagar speaks his astro view as under :

MERCURY GOES RETROGRADE FROM 7TH JUNE UNTIL 2ND JULY...
A Time-Out:

Mercury retrograde gives us time to catch up with ourselves, and reflect. Something from the past returns in a different form. People, ideas or buried insights that are keys to moving forward, float to the surface. Often it's felt as a slowed down, contemplative time, and depending on the sign, a chance to go over old ground again, to claim what you missed the first time.

Err on Side of Caution:

There's a long-held belief that it's best to avoid making set plans during the Mercury Retrograde. This means holding off on signing contracts, and forming partnerships and alliances. What gets put in writing at this time may turn out to need serious revising after Mercury goes direct. But since tying up loose ends is the domain of retrograde, this type of finalization might fly.

Can you repeat that?:

In our relationships, sometimes we gloss over things that pushed buttons at the time, but which we let slide. What seemed not worth the trouble may reveal itself as a major issue in need of our attention. The Mercury retrograde is a time for review, when the underlying patterns come to light.

Back to the Drawing Board:

Some dreams and goals get lost in the hectic rushing around of daily life. The Mercury Retrograde period can be a rich time of reflection on those longings. This makes it a time for the soul to ponder its destiny. You might look over old journals, review your creative work, muse on serendipities of the past that have pointed you toward your spirit's calling. It can make the retrograde period a time of solidifying a sense of your personal story and where you're headed.

What does it mean in each different sign?:

The Mercury retrograde is shaped by the sign through which it is cast. For example, a Mercury retrograde in Cancer turns the mind toward things like family, home and the invisible emotional bonds that connect us. On the other hand, a Mercury retrograde in Aquarius gives it a different spin, with a review of group dynamics, the larger human community, all from a detached perspective.

Making the Most of Mercury Retrograde:

A major cause of stress at Mercury retrograde is frustration from mishaps, things breaking down, computers going black. But if we know it's cycle, this makes it feel less terminal. If things go pear-shaped, see what's there to see. Take a break from the usual routine.

Just observe and see what happens, and be open to the past returning for review. If it's coming back, there's likely something more to learn or release from it. This can be a good (and productive) time, in its own way.

Valuable TIPS by Prof Av Sundaram ji

1.   If the Chappathi is not good its not only the ATTA there are other factors. The human mental activities are governed by SUN..ahamkara, MOON..the manas, MER.. the buddhi ..and SAT.. the chitta. and the FIXED rasis. in Astrology its the motion of MOON per day,( usually its 12 deg.) and the declination of MER. and it being in kendra to MOON. play important roles in psychological activities. Remember  its very diificult with out the complete chart to decide.

2.    A little bird told me" if you want know if two persons had any connection/sharing in their past lives take the Rasis where the RAHU and KETU are located in one chart then go to the other chart find out if SUN or MOON is in one of the Rasi , then these two had shared something in their past lives, may be journey, food, stay, bed , work etc. ex. R/K IN MESHA and TULA, in A chart, check if SUN or MOON is MESHA or TULA. in B chart."

3.    The First Alphabet 'A' does not appear in spellings of 1 to 999.it appears First time in 1000 (thousAnd) and continues. Moral: Success requires PATIENCE.

Note : Comment from Mrs Karthi Karthi from Bucharest Romania,. In my language (Romanian)  A appears firstly for the figure 4. Maybe in my language A is a feminine letter, because 1 is said different for a female thing (unA) and a male thing (unU). Maybe from language to language A has its importance and significance. For my language, although it is the first letter of the alphabet, it denotes humbleness chosing to appear for the first time in the last position.

4.     A long wonderful journey as a student of Jyotish for about 35 years YET there are doubts in Basics. for ex. WHY DIFFERENT CHARTS.. NORTH AND SOUTH? in one chart the Planets move clockwise another anti clockwise, in one the rasis change, in another they are fixed. Is there reference of the Charts in any ANCIENT WRITINGS. when they came to be used????????????. i request Masters to throw some light on this.( note.. to FB friends all MASTERS may not see this post pl. request your Master to explain. thank you ).

Note : Comment from BN Shukla  the 2 types of charts as posted by Shri Av Sundaram ji, are simply two explanations for one thing. 1st concept is Earth moving Sun still & other concept Sun moving, Earth still. As we come across while travelling in train/bus passing by still trees along side. please correct me Sir ji.  Also
we say in short that South Indian chart is Heliocentric view & North Indian Chart is Geocentric view ? please.

Comment from Karthi Karthi  Dear Bhola Nath, very beautiful your consideration. Very beautiful!

further she adds :  Where the Unique Truth is? We can only to suppose it; we can only discover or recognize it in few important pieces which are the traditional systems, schools or paths of knowledge - in India, in the South America, in the very ancient and unknowns or very little known civilizations of Europe. In my country it is such an interesting stone calendar, somehow close to that of Stonhenge, divided in the part of the Moon importance and cycles and in the part of the soli-lunar relation. Even today the scientists are unable to understand how did it function. The Unique Truth of GOD is spread out all over the planet. Who and When could put all the parts tigether for us to know what the mankind has really to do HERE?

   Further she adds
  • This is in the Western part of my country. In a splendid mountain area, where there are gates to another dimensions...

  • Karthi Karthi The "counting" is both from right to left and from left to right and it speaks about some special rhythms of the Sky connected and inter-connected with the rhythms of the Earth. We have to have them in Astrology... Maybe we work with them and we don't know yet...
BN Shukla submitted :  Respected Karthi Karthi ji. After reading your above post with pictures I had to revisit my notes about preliminary Astronomy , with that back ground I very humbly submit : The Zodiac (Rashi Mandal) is a broad circle/belt, surrounding the heavens, about 16 0 (degree) wide, along the middle of which runs the ecliptic or apparent Sun’s path. It includes the path of Moon and all the principal planets (I mean, Hindu system of astrology) and contains the twelve signs or divisions reckoned its order in which they are mentioned hereunder from Aries, the point of intersection of the ecliptic and the equator : Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. A degree is the daily step of the Sun on its annual round the sky among the stars. It is the unit of Astronomical calculation.
The angle between the ecliptics (orbital plane) would have been considered. Also the study of declination would have been depicted.
please. Av Sundaram ji will come to my rescue in case I find zero marks.
Acharya Kalki Krishna commented : Both these types of Charts indicate most subtle and original source of Universe i.e. Energy; and how it moves. In the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth, energy moves in the clockwise mode and in the Southern Hemisphere, it moves in anti clockwise mode. It appears that the charts were designed in harmony with the movement of energy. Otherwise, as hinted beautifully in the post of Bhola Nath Shukla Sir, both result ultimately to the same thing..

Important Tips by Prof Av Sundram.

1.        A little bird told me 'we start our life in WATER -our Mothers womb, come to EARTH , breath AIR, and go into FIRE. It means Water is Past, Fire is the Future and Earth and AIR are Present. If Lagna Lord is in Water Rasi the native Past oriented , if in Fire Rasi the native is Future oriented, if in Earth Rasi the native is present materialistic oriented and if in Air Rasi the native is Present attachment oriented." Pl.check it. (my note if your lag lord in water rasi when you are married to someone else you will find difficult to forget your LOVER.)

2.       A little bird told me" 'KNOW THYSELF' first know your traits..take the Rasis where Sun,Moon,Lagna are located. find out how many Male and how many Female Rasis. NORMAL is. for Male native two male and one female, for Female two female rasis.and one male rasi. IF not the traits will change you attitude towards life. check with persons you know. cont" My note. it reminds me the 'SUDARSHAN CHAKRA'. i found Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr,Anil Ambani mr. Rajesh Khana, Hiitler have all male. Smt,Lataji, Hemaji have all female. One powerful female political person has all male!!!!!

3.       A little bird told me " KAKAYAR says the world is divided into 12 lagnas and each lagna into 120 amsas.

 EAST :Aries, Leo,Sagg.
SOUTH: Taurus, Virgo, Capr.
WEST : Gemini, Libra, Aqur.

Take Planets in the rasis and group them as East, South, West and North.
East means 1 house, beginning of life, first half of life, spiritual, traditional, poor, ego, self important, giver.

The Planets in each sector will play role in those activities:""

About Nakshatra : Penned by Justice (Retd) Shanker Nath Kapoor ji N.Delhi.

Penned by Justice (Retd) Shanker Nath Kapoor ji N.Delhi.

Mercury and venus have secretive and some times dictating side glance. There are 9 nakshatras having side glance -Triyangmukha drushthi - Ashwini, Mrigshira, Punarvasu, Hast, Chitra, Swati, Anuradha, Jyeshtha and Revati. It is said that during these Nakshatras one may start training animals like horses etc. starting use of boat or ship or piloting plane, cultivation, transport vehicles machinery etc.
Out of these 9 nakshtras 4 - Mrigshira, Chitra,  Anuradha and Revati -  are Mrudu/ Maitra Nakshtras. If Mercury or Venus are in lagna,or in other place, without there being any planet in lagna influenced by these 4 Nakshatras they may make a native soft spoken and a pleasing person (Saumya).
Out of these remaining 5, two Nakshtras- Swati and Punarvasu- are Chara Nakshatras. If Mercury or Venus are in these 2 Nakshtras in lagna or as lagna lord in other place, without there being any other planet in Lagna, the native shall be Chanchal, having quick response and hasty in action. In this Nakshatra short Journey, Mantra siddhi, cultivating land etc are said to be shubha.
If Mercury or Veuus are either in lagna or as lagnesh in any other house and there being no planet in lagna and Mercury and Venus are under the influence of Ashwini and Hast, the native may perform marketing ( sale and Purchase), Mangal Karya (festivties), travelling, Start learning etc. and completing his task in much less time as compared to others.
As regards Jyestha another Tiryang mukhi Nakshatra, If Venus and Mercury are in Jyestha, in lagna or at any other place as lagesh without there being any planet in Lagna, the native would be sharp tounge, short tempered and may sadistically cruel. In this nakshtra Ugra Karyas may be found.
Saturn has Adho mukhi Drusthi.  Moola, Aslesha ( Teekshna or Darun Nakshatras) Kruttika, Vishakha (Mishra Nakshatras) and 5 Nakshtras- three Purvas, Magha and Bharni (5 Uugra Nakshtras) are Adho mukh nakshtra. These are suitable for working underground like digging wells, boring pipes, working in caves like labs, constructing tunnels, under passes, working in mines, learning mathematics or doing research etc. these two factors if influence Lagna lord Saturn either in Lagna or at any other place without there being any other planet in lagna, the native may be having restrained anger in Mishra Nakshtras,;  sharp toungued and cruel in Teekshana / Darun Nakshtras ; and very frequently, very clever,  aggressive and angry. However one may find them pessimist, rather having negative approach , saying no to every idea.

This may help in assessing nature as well as potential and suitability for different kinds of jobs also. Ld Friends may examine by keeping about 10-15 natives under obsevations.; and may enlighten all of us.
