SOME IMPORTANT PRACTICAL ASPECTS WHILE EXAMINING KALATRA BHAVA IN A MALE HOROSCOPE: (This is not exhaustive, yet a few to be mastered by all interested in Astrology based marriage combinations)::
IN A MALE HOROSCOPE::
1. If Lagna Lord is in the 7th, the native will get a good wife;
2. As above, he will be affectionate towards wife, if Lagna Lord in 7th, and 7th Lord in Lagna; (provided these two are not natural enemies). If ‘enemies, married life will be ‘rough’; will have misunderstandings often;
3. If the 5th and 7th house Lords combine in a favourable house in the chart, indicates greater affinity towards wife; Males with such combinations in the birth chart usually marry girls whom they love; Also this will be the case if the 5th and 7th house lords are in ‘Parivarthana’ status;
4. If Mars is in the 7th house in birth chart, this could point as ‘Kalathra Dosha’ or separations from wife, provided Mars is not in his own or exaltation house or under rules of exception’; (It is said in Sastras, that Mars and Saturn are parked together in Katak Rasi, the wife for him will be most beautiful and be chaste, honest and dedicated to husband)
5. If Mars and Saturn by owning malefic houses aspect 7th in a male birth chart, he will develop hatred towards his wife (whomever he marries at any time); if, on the other side, if they own benific houses, that hatred is temporary;
6. If Moon is afflicted in a birth chart of a male, he will constantly worry and mental anxiety in married life; similarly, if Venus is afflicted in a horoscope there will be tension in marital life both in the male and female horoscopes.
The subject is lengthy. Also various combinations point on the healthy or undesired marriage for women among couples.
