Count from birth Star to the Year starting Star MULTIPLY the number by 7 and divide by 9. Take the Reminder..

Apply usual results for the Planet for those days.

 example.. birth Star..Aswini.Year 2019 starting Star is Swathi
 Counting from Aswini to Swathi we get 15 , multiply by 7 gives us
105  and dividing by 9 we get reminder 6 the starting Dasa is Venus.
